
The Monticello Music Boosters will host their Chili Dinner on Tuesday, Jan. 24th from 5:00pm-7:00pm in the Sievers Center. Proceeds go to supporting 5th-12th music programs. @ SagesMusicBoost @SagesBand

Semester exams are right around the corner, December 14 - 16th. Here is the daily schedule:
Wednesday - A1, A2, lunch break, A3, 1:02 student dismissal
Thursday - A4, B1, lunch break, B2, 1:02 student dismissal
Friday - B3, B4, 11:03 student dismissal
Busses will run at regular times on the 14th & 15th. On the 16th they will run at 2:10. The Media Center will be open for students to study for upcoming exams after the student dismissal time until the regular dismissal time.

Madrigal Dinner Reservation begin today. This year's dinners are Dec.9th-10th with catering from Holly's. I am attaching a poster with further details as well as a link to order your reservations. In last week's Principals update, I inadvertently omitted our Sages Swim team. The Sages swim team will be competing in the IHSA Sectionals on Saturday, Nov. 5th, 1:00pm at Centennial High School in Champaign. Go Sages!

Picture retake are tomorrow, Wednesday, October 26. Order forms are located on the table in front of the main office. Students who did not have pictures taken already are encouraged to do so that day, and students who did not like their original picture are welcome to get retakes. This will be the final opportunity to order school pictures and to have a school picture included in this year’s yearbook.

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors,
You received information regarding your class rings, letter jackets and graduation materials during your class meetings on Oct. 5th. This is a reminder that Herff Jones will be at Monticello High school on Tuesday October 18th, 2022 from 3-6pm, in the cafeteria, to help you with these orders. We look forward to seeing you!

Freshman and new students to MHS,
Freshman and New Student Orientation will take place in the MHS auditorium on August 11 at 1:00 PM. Students will meet administration and the guidance department as well as get the opportunity to ask questions to an upperclassman panel. The day will end with a building tour in order for students to find their classrooms. Please encourage and facilitate your child’s attendance. #itsagreatdaytobeasage #bestisthestandard
