White Heath School includes 250 4th and 5th grade students and 35 faculty and staff members.

Responsibilities: The White Heath Principal is responsible for the daily activities at the school as well as promoting a vision of overall school and instructional improvement. A focus on

curriculum and instruction, student activities, supervision, staff development and building rapport, teacher evaluation, and student management is a must.

Qualifications: Candidates must be proactive, organized, and open-minded instructional leaders who are visible in the schools and community, supportive of all academic and student

activities, and able to maintain positive learning environments for students and teachers. They must be motivators who have strong communication, collaboration, and listening skills and who are able to hold students and staff accountable. The use of data to drive decision-making is expected. Experience with elementary school students, curriculum, and activities is expected.

Salary and Benefits: Salary ranges are based on experience and will be competitive for the area. Health insurance and TRS are fully paid. This position is a 195-day contracts with

additional days possible in year one.
