Picture Day for Washington Elementary School is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug 30.
This event's Order Code is 68890ZF and orders can be placed at www.inter-state.com.
Online ordering is available before and after Picture Day. A flyer for ordering will also be sent home with students.
Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders placed after Picture Day.
Meet the Teacher and school supply drop off for K-3 students is scheduled for Tuesday 8/16 from 2:00-3:00 PM. Teachers will be in in-service meetings on this day and will not be available prior to the scheduled time. The first day of school for K-3 students is Wednesday 8/17.
Students should be dropped off between 8:00-8:10 AM unless they eat breakfast at school. 7:45 AM is a good drop off time for students who eat breakfast at school. Breakfast costs $1.85 per day. K-3 students dismiss at 3:15 PM.
The Small Wonders Meet & Greet is Wednesday 8/17/22 from 9:00-10:30 AM. The first day of Small Wonders is 8/18/22.
K-3 Parent meetings are scheduled for Monday 8/15/22. Students and siblings should not attend these meetings.

The Washington School office will be open every day from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM starting on Monday 8/1/22.
Registration for new students is Thursday 8/4/22 from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. You must register at the specific school your child will attend.

Monticello Schools will be closed today due to potential flooding in low lying areas followed by an impending winter storm warning - all activities are canceled for today. Today is an emergency snow day. Stay safe!
Wednesday 2/9 is an early dismissal day for School Improvement. K-3 students will be dismissed at 1:15 PM. There are no Small Wonders classes today.
The third grade Wax Museum is in the Sievers Center from 10:00-10:30 AM. Please park in the Sievers Center parking lot and enter through the south doors. Please wait in the lobby area of Sievers until 10:00 AM so that PE classes have time to clear out and the third graders have time to come in. We have some very excited 3rd graders!

Physicals are required for all students entering MCUSD #25 from out of state. Physicals are also required for students entering kindergarten and must be completed on the current Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination form and are due by September 1st of the current school year. Students without a required physical and required immunizations will be excluded from school if forms are not completed and returned by September 1st, 2021.
