WHS earns hundreds of dollars every year from the Box Tops for Education program. This program is transitioning from paper Box Tops that must be cut out and sent in, to an app that allows you to scan your receipt. Please download the app & register for WHS! We appreciate it!
WHS students and staff will participate in a relocation drill on Thursday 10/10. We'll practice evacuating the building and relocating to the Methodist Church. This drill is one of six emergency drills that we are required to hold every year. Local first responders will attend.

Picture retakes are on October 19 for any student who was absent on picture day or who would like retakes. If you want retakes, please return your picture packet. Pictures will be taken around 8:30.
WHS students will participate in a relocation drill on Tuesday 10/2 at 8:45 AM. We will practice a lockdown within the building and then we will relocate to the Methodist Church. Local first responders will participate in the drill.

All MCUSD #25 Schools dismiss one hour early today. WHS dismisses at 2:00 PM.
There are only two lunch choices on Friday. Chicken Patty Sandwich or Sunbutter & Jelly Sandwich. 2nd grade will eat early at 10:45 and 3rd grade will eat at 11:10.

WHS Students will travel to the MHS Homecoming Parade on Friday. We'll watch on both sides of Wilson St. near State St. If you are signing your student out at the parade route, please let the teacher know in advance. Buses will return to WH at 12:40 and we dismiss at 1:30.

Girls on the Run will host programs at WHS and Washington this year. 3rd grade girls can sign up for the WHS program, which is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30 PM, at www.girlsontheruneci.org.
